Jane McNamara
Attorney since 1991

Jane started her legal career in 1991 after graduating from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California. Admitted to the California Bar the same year, Jane worked in civil litigation with large law firms, learning the "ins and outs" of the courtroom. Jane opened her own firm in 2001, with an emphasis in Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Trust Administration/After Death Issues. She is a founding member and past Board Member of the Santa Clarita Bar Association, and a former Board Member of the Life Care Planning Law Firms Association (a national organization committed to the unique issues of the Elderly). When not practicing law and assisting her clients, she enjoys equestrian sports with her mule and two horses, and is a proud new grandmother!

Gina is the friendly voice our clients hear on the telephone, and keeps our Law Firm running smoothly. Gina is a respected and driven animal rights activist, serving on the board of several non-profit animal rescue groups.

Miriam Alicata

Miriam and Jane have worked together since 1993, and Miriam's superhuman power is that she can read Jane's mind. She assists with all aspects of the Law Firm, and is extremely knowledgable. She is the devoted mother of three adult daughters, as well as her beloved cats.
